Quick noob question. So I got the P0171 code from my intake, I had made sure that nothing else is triggering this code. Is it bad to erase the codes from the memory? I got a scanner and was wondering if I do this everytime I get that code, will it show stored later if I ever have go to the dealership for other problems. Don't want them to make a fuzz about it.

Thanks guys.

how did you clear it??? It wont say that you cleared it, it will say Stored or Active, they wont know that you cleared it.

Not bad at all. Clear it and move on. :)

I erase it using the scanner I bought. I did it once before but light came up again

That's what I was thinking. Thing is IDK anybody who has HP tuners. But that sounds like a better solution
