Brakes under warranty?

Well im going to dealership tomorrow to see if they can fix the parking brake problem I am having (brake will not hold car). I was doing searches on rear brake problems and it seems I am having the same problem where the inner pad on the rear brakes is worn all the way down and the outer pad looks almost new.
My question is there a service bulletin on the rear brake issue for a 2010 SS? I couldnt find it after searching on here and was just wondering if anyone had it so that I can at least give it to the dealer because I am positive they are going to give me **** about fixing this under warranty, still have 11,000 miles left on my bumper to bumper

Depends on the dealer.

Brakes are a wear item and covered to 12k miles.

Now, this should be covered under 36k because the abnormal wear is causing a safety issue.

Most dealer's are not going to do anything about it. What i would do is ask them for expiation on why the pads are warm on the inside and fine on the outside, then say I've never own a car that needed rear brakes at 25K, and needed rear brakes before the front brakes witch do 80% of the stopping.

Have you lubed the caliper pins? That can cause uneven pad wear.

Well brought car to dealership, they claim rear pads are wearing normally and have a decent amount of life left, they adjusted the ebrake cable which i had already done and feel is a temporary fix.
They also say I need front pads and rotors after 25,000 miles which is understandable, at the same time they want $660 plus tax to do them at which point I left lol.

Ive had my Cobalt ss/tc since november 2008 and my front pads are perfectly fine. My car just turned over 59,000 miles. The rear pads went at around 14k which gm refused to replace them for free.
