I would pay $150 because powdercoat is really not that expensive just the mark up is. If LSD is $295(or something like that) than the rims shouldn't be more.

I'd take them in a heartbeat. Since I have a yellow SS, I would know exactly on how they would look on my car. I'd pay around $200 - $300 if they were powdercoated.

Those rims do look nice and it would probably save a lot of nice wheels from getting butchered when people who cant spray attempt to paint. Ive seen it too many times.
