help with knocking

Recently my car has been making a knocking sound from the engine bay. It doesn't increase in sound or speed upon acceleration. it has been said it sounds like a broken lifter and I can see that. I have a clip that I took with my phone, please let me know what you guys think

I'd say get a mechanic's stethascope and touch the tip to various parts to see which one is making the sound and go from there.

It really sounds like its coming from the head. I might take the valve cover off and see if I can spot anything out of the norm a little bit later.
