does anyone know if a HHR SS ECU will work on a cobalt SS?

looking to get tuned this spring and i want to be able to swap ECU's if i have to take the car into the dealership.

 

There are usually plenty of Cobalt ECM's available on this forum. I would stick to one of those.

i looked on car-parts.com and found a HHR SS ecu like an hour from my house for like 120$

 

Just be sure to buy from someone that has been on this site for a while and that has a good number of posts.

Well darn it! Just stay patient. They pop up pretty often.

 

HHR shares the same pcm, we will reflash it with a cobalt operating system anyways.

i was gonna say youll be ok cus i bought a cobalt one for mine to get tuned and it worked just fine
