LNF Injector Seals

I did mine last night with no tool. So far so good. I just swapped my turbo and I need to learn to tune so I can't say it's 100% until I can actually get on her but no more cel and no issues so far.

Heat gun sized them greatly. I'll know more after driving on them for a while.

I hope the gap is consistent. Like i said the tool is there for a reason. I spend $30 on my tool. Well worth the piece of mind

Dont get me wrong the piece of mind is definitely a good thing I just wanted to see if it could be done and so far so good. The gap was consistent and it came out quite nice. I haven't seen what they look like with the tool. If I can find some cheap injectors (doesnt matter if they are any good) I'd be willing to try both ways and do a comparison photo. I have 2 extra from the kit I got.

I hope it works out for you, Mike. I ran E for at least a year on an '08 and still never had seal issues. I have a brand new '10 fuel rail ready to go in when it happens, but I've been pretty lucky.
