yea i pulled on a c6 as well... cars are slow... i got about 2 lengths 40-120.



and thanks for supporting me... all i wanted to know was how close will it be.. i know i will lose.. but i just wanted to see how close it was... and the first 2 pages was complete bull **** and people going on me...

thanks for actually agreeing with me... i honestly think it would be a pretty close race... im hoping i will keep up with him in 3rd. less than 2 cars away from him

I own a bolt-on 5.0 thats been a best of 12.3 @117 and id really worry about racing a stock C6 auto from a dig. Try the auto car from a dig and report back

Yeah the 6 speed c6s are def not slow from a roll, especially the LS3s

WTF do you people keep comparing NA V8 cars to a FORCED INDUCTION V8 car for? GD is it so hard to understand that the tests show that the car pulls harder on the top end to boot. SO your STOCK turbo cobalt will FALL on its FACE while the ZL1 will JUST keep PULLING. GO run a STOCK 2011 GT500 which is SLOWER than the ZL1 and post up that VIDEO.

These threads are absurd and they are just getting worse. You people sound like Honda drivers trying to compare some of the cars to ours.

When you go to the track and pull 12's on street tires @ 116 hit me up because I been there done that and still get beat by 2011 GT500's on the highway. Until then just keep thinking you can beat one of these cars on stock turbo. I'm to the point where I just plain believe this is a troll thread period.

Well the turn of the thread is that a cobalt could hang with a Zl1, a Zl1 is faster than a 11 GT500 by over 3 mph trap and over half a sec in the quarter. SO reading comprehension is that a cobalt can beat / hang with a 2011 GT500.

So maybe you should take some reading comprehension classes before you try to tell me to learn to read.

what i am saying is that i will be able to hang with the zl1... im hoping 2 lengths... 40-100 and i am in gear 3 the whole time.

zl1 will win, you have a better chance from a dig, where driver mods help a ton.

But like I said, stock turbo cobalts won't touch a zl1, with a proper driver that is. I seen a zr1 at the track going 12.5's at 115-118 the other day lol.

The 12.1-12.5 seems to be the average et. 113-117 seems to be the avg trap speed. If you can get your car to the 119-120 range I am positive youd win.

Here ya go.. this is at my track in my town at our elevation and from what I've seen, most of our numbers are much lower than what people have posted from the states. Cars seem to be almost 1 second slower and I don't really know why.
