Let's not re-write history. My EFR thread(with test results) was started on March 13, 2011. BYT posted about Donkeyballs' build on June 22 of that year. I'm not sure when you first installed an EFR, but I know that no one had heard of one on a Cobalt when we completed ours.

Matt,

EFR's in general had been in cars long before you guys came up with the idea, what's your point? Stop measuring your dick size in every thread. Everyone understands that ZZP makes great parts and you guys in the Cobalt community(a small niche) are good, we got it. Also, please don't hide behind your one line for all statement of "Its ZZP's reputation and parts that I will defend" to excuse your dick measuring.

You know me, if YOU give the opportunity, i will give you **** and this.....yea, calm down guy. I of course tell you this in a calm brotherly way so please don't take offense bud.

My point is that he clearly stated that he and another member did this before zzp did, which I believe to be incorrect. I'm not taking any offense to your post. I know that you like to act this way towards zzp, and I am used to it. You are just looking for your own little niche in this market and you find that you enjoy opposing zzp. So be it.

yeah and i was the first. thats the truth. it was on my car almost weeks after they were released publicy and long before the zfr and along before the back order went into play. byt and donkey ***** came after me because i had donkeyballs asking me a lot of questions regarding my setup. i didnt bother posting 1 bit of the build here because of something that happened between a couple mod and i. i thought donkeyballs was before you but maybe not. thanks for the correction on there.

Shame on you, take a look at how many times I've ordered from you. If you look in your system I ordered a few weeks ago along with lots of others. Making a statement like "enjoy opposing zzp" is FALSE. I recommend people to get parts from you guys all the time. End of line.

I get it. You buy zzp parts once in a while. You also like to play Devil's advocate. You're not the first and you won't be the last. I didn't say you oppose zzp parts. You just like to get in my face on here and act like you are in this thread. It's nothing new. It doesn't phase me, because I know that's just how you are.

Since you said that DB did his setup shortly after yours, I couldn't see it being more than 3 months later, but then I realized that he had BYT set it up, so it probably took longer than that get completed, which makes sense of it all. I'd still be surprised if you set yours up before we did, though. The serial number on my 6758 was less than 10. I think it was 0009 or 0007, something like that. Anyway, in all likelyhood, we were both installing these as soon as we could get our hands on one, which would have been at the same time.

More then likely. Needed one for testing. I cannot check my serial number off hand as since my accident with the black car I've sold that kit off. I know it was an extremely low number. None the less really doesn't matter who was first both companies were first regardless of order to test them on cobalts. However I did not go for record breaking numbers I wanted a solid road corse tune which the setup ended up giving me with room to grow If I wanted it

I could see these working great on a road course car. I'd like to try that some time myself.

They do work great....for the cobalt a 6258 would be a little more ideal then a 6758....400whp cobalt with a good driver on a track would be an amazing combination. Mine made 416whp at 6500 with a real linear curve. Still had room to grow but it was great. The water cooling is always an added benefit.
