under boost/ boost leak

what exactly is or what causes under boost? i switched out my lower charge pipe last night. everything is tight. nothing is cracked or broken. also just installed zzp 3" full exhaust and catless dp. and even with my 22.5-23psi tune. it takes awhile to hit full boost. doesnt sound like a leak. but the higher the rpm the more boost i get. and even the tuned ecm i have it only hits like 16 psi. any recommendations??

Deffinately boost leak! If unable to test at least make sure couplers are seated properly and don't be afraid to crank down the tbolts! Also check map screws in lower cp make sure everything is tight!

Sounds like a boost leak. Boost Leak test with soapy water. There's a video that shows this for the LNF. Let me know if it's necessary.

It was my waste gate flapper. The nut on the drivers side of the flapper bracket vibrated off the actuator shaft. Gate was stuck OPEN.

Hey Pervert, it was something easy like a loose nut! You should read some bulletins and fix some cars instead of talking about blowing up your POS Neon! Ahhahaha

You're still heartbroken and sour after the episode. How are the wounds healing?

The only loose nut is you. Stop giving troubleshooting advice, thanks.
