here ya go. Bear in mind that Matt M@ZZP and myself are not fans of meth injection. I have used it extensively in the past on my s/c engine. Cory you are prepared to experiment and if it doesnt work your eyes are open and you will stand up and pay for an engine with no whining. Well maybe a little....
Arm is determined to do it and can make parts as he is an excellent machinist with access to CNC equipment. So you two should pool resources. Cheers.

Cory I like your setup. But I wouldn't spray pre turbo. The enemy is not the heat. The iat2s on your logs are low. The turbo is still mostly efficient. Not at a point where I would say it could be the source of detonation where you need to cool it...aka stock turbo. On your last setup you held only 18 degrees of timing. When you increase timing when tuning boost typically drops. That is why i think your 4 nozzles will be better and enough. To hit 500 who I had to run 25 degrees of timing. Big difference. We want to hit 23ish at least on yours. And why 75% meth? You are already at a point where it is flammable so why not 100%?

It's just your previous setting wasn't providing much octane improvement over pump gas. I think this new setup will. But I wouldn't risk damaging your turbo.
I think with more meth and 29psi you'll be very happy.

Increasing compressor efficiency, at any point, gives you more airflow at the same or lower boost. That in itself is a win/win situation.
3gph pre comp is small enough that no damage will be done until WAY down the road, that's been tested over and over.
Those killerbee foggers are nice but not much option in jetting.
I've been working on a few different designs, made part of one on lunch break today.
Ill keep you guys updated.

Keep me posted, i am in for this! I didnt want to go smaller than 3gph because then it becomes crazy small and very easy to clog- requiring cleaning every 2-4 weeks.

Lol John, i wouldn't whine, id be just pissed that is all, but then id be happy for new build. I should be fine though i recon. Im more worried about the chain getting eating up. I believe the culprit is that tensioner. I may just change that thing every year or 2 as it is a cheap item.
Hoping i get this house i am about to bid on, has a 30x40 garage with a car hoist
KillerBee... guy has alot of bad rep on the duramax forums.

Had 3 in the last 5k. Once I started changing them frequently, problems went away. I also went to arp m8's on the black guide and an arp m6 on the tensioner arm though.
