Haha, I hear ya. Its not too bad, a lot easier with the engine out. I want a lift as well for my garage in the house I buy when I get out of college.

I suspect most people have no clue how bad it is to go full boost at part throttle. Oh well.

No wonder I wasn't impressed when the first owner of my car told me the 1/4 mile times ...

Im confused how your car would apply to what i said. You are stock turbo with ECM controlled boost. **** is easy to drive at the track like a pro. Leave at like 2500, walk 1st gear out a bit and then basically NLS 2/3/4.

Never ran the car with intake only, but 13.9 is just fine for a stock car.

13.24 @115.4 on the stock turbo on bald ass conti's on my first time ever driving a FWD car. It was a big change from my other cars.

Haha, I hear ya man. Thats a pretty good trap. My 1st time ever down a track at our local 1/8th was a 9.2 @ 83mph spinning until the end of the 1/8th. That was on a 22psi trifecta tune with the stock turbo.

I really want some track time with the car as i only have 6 total passes to date in the cobalt. I have more passes in an hour on my old LT1 not to mention the S281 saleen or the LS1.

Then again i don't really want to break the cobalt that much either. I'm not out to break records on it, just have some fun.

Yeah, definitely, unless you get the ZZP 4.45 installed.

I would like to get the 4.45 and the built motor around October this year. My buddy wants to take his CSRT4 to Realtune for a CNC'ed shortblock this winter and we are thinking about driving up for the trip and just taking some vacation up there while they are built.

Sounds mean man! Do it!! You won't regret it, other than having a way to put the power down!

if your on stock turbo there is absolutely no need for a manual boost controller.
