Blow Off Valves: Everything You Need To Know
ok back on topic.............
i've seen a bunch of issues with VTA BOVs on the stock LNF setup and i've see then running fine. so it's almost a shot in the dark with putting one on. i know guys that have run the stock BPV to around the 370whp/400wtq range and have no issues whatsoever. if you want more noise, just get the Forge BPV. it's a lot cheaper and you don't have to buy different piping and get tuned for it.

I agree with back on topic.
So did anybody see the post (or thread) a while back, where HKS specifically said that their bov was not a good idea to use on our car? Something about too much heat in the engine bay or something? idk, thought that was odd though. Weird that they would not try to improve on their design to fix weaknesses to heat. If I ever get a bigger turbo and need a real bov, I'm gonna probably get a Tial, there good stuff.
