So did anybody see the post (or thread) a while back, where HKS specifically said that their bov was not a good idea to use on our car? Something about too much heat in the engine bay or something? idk, thought that was odd though. Weird that they would not try to improve on their design to fix weaknesses to heat. If I ever get a bigger turbo and need a real bov, I'm gonna probably get a Tial, there good stuff.
i didn't see that thread. that is odd tho. they won't change their design becuz of all the other brands buying their stuff. nobody cares about the little ole Cobalts

i've heard nothing but good things about Tial products.

you're the man btw.

Thanks Bart, Naskron, and Matt for putting up with that guy while I was gone. It's so sad how people on forums make assumptions/cause unnecessary problems for no reason. Get to know people before you start bashing them. You guys are all in here giving your PERSONAL opinions. If you don't like someone's opinion, swallow your pride and GTFO. Otherwise, shut your mouth and contribute your thoughts if they're not ignorant and can be backed up with proof. Tommy, thanks for taking care of that guy.

There's a lot of good information in this thread. I mainly created this thread to help put to rest which method wouldn't be the most beneficial for my purposes and to help others decide as well.

alrighty, so i just got a new set of dejon charge pipes with the HKS bov flange welded on it. I already have another set of dejon pipes installed on my car without the flange. where do i go from here? After I buy an appropriate HKS bov, what do i do? whats the best/easiest way to run it on my car without causing problems?
