I was there!! this guys just forgot to mention this was due to long mileage spark plugs!...everybody knows 10k miles on a tuned Cobalt make's the plugs go bad...this is why, you see the jump...over all there is no need to bash the tuner, the car and most of all the BNR2871...here is the proof!!...400hp on 93 on 15*...way safer than most people think...also remember we are at Puerto Rico so IAT's above 100 degrees most of the time.

Now to stay on topic Murd, I would not waste money in the head...LNF losses power after 6.5k rpms+. I would suggest spending this cash in making a proper suspension setup to make your car stick all the power to the ground...get the cams so it can help with the fuel up top but nothing else...basic bolts ons and that's it, no head work or flywheel...stick to the basics stuff... IC + pipes, CAI, CAM, BOV or BPV and BNR...there u have enough to make the 400hp...then spend on suspension stuff, you will need it...
