boost is spotty?

Has anyone else had this problem? I can hear the turbo spooling and the car feels like it wants to go, but the boost is very...jerky? No cel's no stored codes no misfire, no mods.. charge piping but I already made sure they were tight. I was thinking maybe a bpv issue? The service manager told me it probably wouldn't be under warranty because I have 46k miles, anyone have some insight or live in south florida want to take a look!?

Sorry for the cluster of sentences I'm on a cell phone

No warranty? We have a 100,000 mile powertrain. 36,000 bumper to bumper. Take it back and have them figure out what it is man. Thats BS. That sort of issue sounds like it should be covered under powertrain.

I agree 100% but service manager says turbo parts would be under the 'normal' warranty not powertrain. I have had nothing but issues with every dealer for anything I've ever needed with this car..its not like its even modified!

Thats BS. Turbo IS powertrain. Without it, the car doesnt work lol
Youve tried other dealers? If they keep giving you grief you have to show them that you are informed and know very well what is covered and what is not and that if they dont honor the warranty then you will escalate the situation by calling GM CS.

I agree with this. Even Bill from GM said the stage kit sensors were covered under 100k mile warranty.

To OP. Might be a boost leak, also look into bypassing vacuum tank

I was thinking along the lines of a boost leak, but so far I havnt found any.. I've heard issues of the valve in the bpv having issues, but would that cause these symptoms? And I would expect a cel atleast
