Charge Pipe gains ?
Nah. Air doesn't stay in the pipe long enough to make a cooling difference, given the little surface area difference between stock and an aftermarket one. Not sure the cooling properties are all that different either. Certainly not enough given how fast the air gets through the tube.

I haven't used Dejon, can't speak to them. I have turboXS. They're polished aluminum. Shiiiny!
fist thing I did was acid wash the top once so I don't have to worry about keeping it shiny

I have the injen, I'm not a fan of it honestly. It goes right over the valve cover which means taking off the spark plugs is a bitch. Yeah you can remove it, but spend a bit more and get one that doesn't go right over. at least thats my opinion.
I've got TurboXS. The whole kit took about an hour. Went right on. Also have the TurboXS catless DP. Don't expect any gains from the charge pipe set but, that's looks and durability, but a good downpipe will be seat of the pants noticeable. A good tune will make an even bigger difference once you do get a good DP.
And if you do a lower charge pipe expect to have to monkey around a little bit to get it to seal properly on the bottom of throttle body. Doesn't matter which charge pipe set you get on that - the throttle body doesn't have a ton of area to get your coupler and clamp on and get them sealed well. Especially!! the first time you do it. Almost everyone blows it off the throttle body that first time they hit boost and then gets that shocked "did I just blow my motor?" look on their face when they hear the big kaboom.
Don't ask me how I know this.

Which ones would you recommend?
I have a k&n sri on a stock tune for about 8 months and I have had no problems with it. I also did get it dyno'd with just the intake, 240hp and 270qt. I really noticed the tq increase. I recently got a dp and that feels like it gave me a nice boost in power no dyno number to prove that yet. I would suggest either of these over charge pipes if your looking for gains. They both give the car a great sound also as a bonus.

I hate the learn down... lol.... good thing im gms1. But i have read a lot if different opinions. Some say the learn down is active even with gms1. Some say its turned off. ??
I've read that its turned off, but there is some type of protection to prevent engine damage..
What would be the point?
And I was told Catbacks are the last bolt on to do.
350whp then required? TurboXS GT will be in my future
I have read that GMS1 doesn't eliminate learn down. it only increases the threshold (i.e. instead of learning down anything above stock to 260 hp, it learns down to 300 hp, or 400 or 500, etc. don't know what the number is tho) but I could be wrong.
I would imagine gains from a cat back would easily be 5+ hp at the wheels (without stock learn down, maybe in 12-15 hp claimed by Turbo XS?), but with a dp. without a dp, it would probably be in 2-5 hp range posted above because the dp is the most restrictive section of the exhaust.
