I went for the 304 stainless catted with no cut out.....btw that is really great to hear.... I am also getting the SRI, performance tubing, and Vince's tune...basically going completely CIA. I have had great service from them so far and their products look really well designed...perhaps even better than the competition...

I like the fact that the cat has been moved farther down the pipe...having it as close to the flex coupler as some vendors have makes me think that long term reliability for other after market dps will be an issue...Also I don't like other CAIs that are out...they sit pretty low...I would rather go for a SRI....The performance tubing also appears to be a better design that is more functional. At first I was against the fact that it goes directly over the engine, but in the end I have decided to to go with this design over the others due to its simplicity....

The hardest part is the wait....I certainly want to make sure that I am getting the best parts at the right price...and in this case I am so the wait is worth it...but I am still anxious...it is very easy for people on here to go with what is available because they can't wait...they either end up paying way to much or compromising quality...personally I will wait for my clear image auto parts......

Yeah i understand what you are saying, but trust me i have all the products from them and it is worth the wait, we have been developing parts since early december with lots of man hours put in by myself with Clear Image Auto i would never vouch for a company i don't trust, and the quality is amazing, but you have to remember that this is just two guys making all these parts they will not comprise rushing products to have the quality fail

Thanks for all your support and great comments. yes, being such a small shop does pose its challenges when it comes to new product development and production but none of our customers, in the last 9 years, have ever been disappointed with our products or quality.

Let me say that CAI by simply posting in here and listening and responding, has sold me on all their products. When I move to buy my aftermarket parts, I will buy from them. And of the others that I know that now are aquiring these cars, I will steer them to CAI.
Beautiful DP.

Beautiful DP.
Thanks very much. We try to design what members actually want and can afford rather than just telling you, here's your choice. Glad you all like the down-pipe.

They are referring to the down-pipe not the boost tubing.

LOL

You are actually only 2 1/2 hours away and we could only offer an off-road pipe right now.

I have a few quick questions..
1. does clear images accept paypal as form of payment?
2. is the gt tuner unit for sale? reason i ask is because what if i want to buy more parts or if i want to go back to stock.
3. will the cut out work on stock downpipe or do i need a diff downpipe and is the cut out like an upgrade to the downpipe?
4. can i expect 300whp and 330 torque stock with just a k&n filter?
5. does the nls system still function? is the redline increased?
THANKS for your time

3. NO to stock DP with cutout. Yes to aftermarkert one with cutout
4. With the trifecta tune you can expect near those power levels.
