Right now, its 579whp @ 9050rpms. Getting retuned in March and gunning for 700whp stock longblock. I had a wastegate issue that I fixed and it spools really quick now. I'm also adding on an M&W CDI ignition. Heres our little dyno queen chart.

Don't forget to unhook the steering column like Brad and I forgot to do. We kept trying to lower the subframe and were dumbfounded lol.

On 91, I only wanted wastegate pressure which was 12psi. That put down 395whp. On E85, I put down 579.9whp @ 9050rpm and 356wtq @ 8350rpm at 20psi. We detuned it to 549whp afterwards for a more conservative tune.

There's what TJ put down in the S2k.

This looks very interesting and fun. Going to have to make it to Norwalk sometime in the spring when you are going to be running. Might have to run down to Mansfield also, as that is not that far from me either.

So we have someone in the area that works on manual transmissions other than Sheppard?? I have been past their place, just never stopped to talk to them.

When you take that bolt out of that linkage piece, use something to spread it slightly (dont go crazy). If you have someone to do that while you press down on the subframe, it splits pretty easily.

Ok thanks. I will have a buddie here so that will help with everything. He is a GM tech so i am sure he has prolly done it before.

Really I wont tune it till spring. I am on winter break and figured it was better now to just get the hard stuff done, then the car will go back to storage. I have a wood burner so it gets like 70 in the garage if I want it.

See that would be sweet to only have to wait 30 minutes. It takes a couple 2-3 hours to get the garage heated with the wood burner.

Is it insulated? Before I insulated mine it would take a couple hrs.

The torch blows it around tho, which helps. The wood stove radiates heat, you dont have a blower setup on it do you? That would help!

It is insulated but we only have a fan we use which works but not like a blower.

yea Mine heats my 2 car garage up in 20-30mins thats crazy I would keep wood in that stove all the time.....I am in winter break as well I am doing rear breaks in the next few days.

BYT a shop is a must for what you do! you could buy/build your own pole barn for around 5,000 that can fit 3 cars and an office then buy a lift from napa for 1400 and you r set! buy freinds just started a shop doing that.

I have a oversize 2 car garage now, like really oversized lol. But I own a LOT of toys, quads, karts, bikes etc.. So once you have all that with the tools and stuff mixed in, it gets cramped with 2 people working in there. That and I want to buy my own dyno in the spring, def will need a shop for that. My neighbors already hate me :P lol.
