Thanks brotha, tomorrow i get the axles and I'll be installing them myself. It will be a first time drive with a built motor cams valvesprings with a fixed 25g (We'll find out the first log). Oh yea and this is an LSJ tranny along with a ky stage 4 clutch. This is a whole new beast to me and I'll have to get used to it. I'm very excited! I just hope there are no problems tomorrow. No leaks and the the engine runs smooth and the axles are a breeze to install. I'll be very happy .

should of dropped the wiring an the intake manifold and all that jazz with the subframe and did it on the ground.... easiest way to do and pop the control arms loose from the hub rather then dropping it all together like that. makes life easyl

Car is running and at home now. Only problem is I have a little coolant leak from the turbo which I'll tighten tomorrow morning when car is cold. James is sending me a file for cams etc. For now I'm breaking in the new TOB and valvesprings. So I wont be doing any boost for a couple of days. It feels wayyyyy different though. We definitely did something right.

TOB went after 80 miles. I'm officially done with this car. It's going for sale after the new TOB. I'm not going to break it it or tune it idc. **** this car.

Don't know yet. For now it looks like it might just be a clutch pipe not the TOB. I looked inside and it's not leaking inside. I think the line from reservoir to TOB is bad. I'll change that if that doesn't work then the car will be for sale. I don't even wanna fix the TOB.

Maybe 16k with all mods to the car.

Forged pistons, cryoed rods, darton sleeves, cams with larger fuel lobe, 82 valvesprings titanum retainers. TTR intake mani, 25g turbo kit, ottp upper charge pipe. zzp lower charge pipe with MAF relocate. HKS BOV, CX racing intercooler kit, KY stage 4 clutch LSJ tranny. Depo projector headlights, Avid 1 av06 rims. That's all the mods i can think of.

2010 Cobalt SS with 55k miles.

Check the o ring by the quick disconnect on the clutch line. Thats usually the culprit

You have too much into it to give up now. Get it fixed and finally be able to enjoy the car.

TOB failure after only 80miles? Mehh I suspect it's either something else (possibly easily fixable) in the system, the clutch pipe was reused and is now leaking/sucking air or install error to cause the TOB failure. If you have a hand vacuum pump handy, do a quick test and just try to pressurize the bleed nipple to 20" of mercury (inHG) and make sure it holds pressure. This will ensure the bleed port is holding pressure (I've seen them fail before). Also open the inspection port and try to look in the bell housing and on the clutch to see if anything is wet looking. If it's wet in there, then there's a good chance it's a shot tob or the clutch pipe was not replaced and is now leaking. You know my number if you have any questions. Good luck man.

C'mon man....you been through too much to throw in the towel over a shitty clutch issue. There are up and downs. When it rains sometime it pours and for days at that but the sun eventually comes out. hang in there payam. Don't give up man.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate all the guys looking forward to my progress. I wont give up for now, I'm about to tear the bitch apart and find my issue. I think I can get a clutch line, they look like some universal heads or something idk if that even is my issue. No dealers have them in stock now so It would be here next week. I'll have to wait and see.
