Wanted to ask you guys also when I took my intake out, there was a thin layer of oil in the intake and on the coupler that holds it.. I know it "blow by" but is this normal?

 

yeah down and the oil is normal can be stopped by a catch can

Ya oil in intake is normal. Is it good? Well its not the best thing. If you want get an oil catch can.

Plus, it'll basically remain cracked open a bit if you're say.... 0psi-10inHg. So you might be hearing that as well. It'll sound like it's just releasing boost all day. lol

Installed tonight, yea much longer release "pssssssssssshhhhhhhh....pssssshhhhhhh...pshhh hhh" seems accurate lol. Was surprised though, not much louder than stock IMO. All i have is a K&N SRI, but i have a GMS1 that i'm about to install so i got the forge in preparation.

 

do you have a downpipe? My car is @#$@#$#$ loud as **** now. well it was stored so I dont remember how loud only the sri was, but jesus my whole car is loud. I have hpt now...and my car feels strong/fast so all I can imagine is more tire burning hahah

 

No downpipe, just K&N and soon to be GMS1.
