Got my axle nut socket at Advance Auto Parts. I imagine AutoZone would have it too.

Yeah, depending on what you already have, it can cost a couple hundred bucks to gather all the supplies / tools. Still better than $1000 from a dealership or transmission shop.

The stage 2 says it's good to 365. Seems more than enough for me, unless that number isn't accurate...

Point to me and ky clutch testing these if for accurate purchases. So someone do not buy the incorrect ones. The stage two may works for a Lil while but won't last . If your a tuned lnf.. just a tune.

yeah no doubt about that i have all the normal tools needed...just the specialized ones i need to pick up.....i opted to get the engine support bar instead of a cherry picker since it will give us more room under the car. then the bleeder so i don't have any problems with the bleeding. and the damn gear oil from gm at 25 bucks a quart....but either way definitely better than paying 500-1000 for a shop install

I gave KY a call to discuss the stages, and he's building me something in between a 2 and 3. It'll have ceramic pucks, but not as aggressive as the stage 3.

So less pressure plate pressure more then likely and may have more ceramic then less for less pedal pressure but will still hold good Tq. Just remember that break in period counts lol

This would be my guess.

IMO stage 3 is a VERY streetable clutch, no need for anything else.

2 more kits are shipping today.

Unless I misunderstood, it's the stage 3 PP, with a less aggressive ceramic compound.

Yes, its basically as my setup now... 421whp and 405tq and holding .. basically the ceramic compound is larger and more of.. so therefore its more streetable even though the stage three is really streetable as is.

Resurface the stock one, or buy one off Mongo.
