Guess what? Its back and worst.
wouldn't that be a knock to your (or your shop's) abilities?
since all wire looms are spliced together, there should be no reason for you to not be with a good quality final product ~ as opposed to a "hack job" in your wiring...

Will that cause flutter too.....I just installed the k&n intake and you can really notice the flutter.... I'm gonna do another boost test tomorrow after work but it's gotta be a vac leak or a sensor.
heres a vid of the flutter with the kn

like I said I don't know what else to tell you what your problem may be, but I believe your sensor was either installed corretly or not. make sure you check the sensor on the cold side and its flushed all the way down. soldering was part of the solution, but you got problem somewhere else. so far my issues have been 0 so far.

the sensor wasnt flush when i first started to have the problem, so i shaved the boss off the lower cp and re installed it. Its only gotten worse. the sensor does sit flush now.
is there a way to tell if the sensors working or not without replacing them?

I don't know but the sensors are cheap as ****....just buy new ones and stop doing the work yourself.

x2 they are cheap and worth it. but, if that doesn't work then just sail the damn lemon car into the Atlantic Ocean next door to Greenland.
Rush, your flutter is alot different sounding than mine, I had a hahn on, but its at the same time / manner.
I have since taken the intake off (and its for sale) and I have not any flutter issues, just tryin to get the gears back to 100%, its alot better tho, but some of my sensors are done, or need to be soldered. They ordered a new one, but I know its the wrong one.
Shall see...
Your issue is either you need to be tuned for your parts which is HIGHLY possible after intake and DP on these cars. Or something is wrong with your sensors.

I took the k&n intake off and the flutter is still there just not as loud(obviously), the car still doesn't work 100%. I'm taking it to the dealership tomorrow and leaving it there untill they fix it
Ok guys I may be on to something. When I had my k&n Sri on, when the turbo got up to 15psi and on, I could hear an air leak.tightend all the clamps, made sure the intake was tight, which everything was, and it still did it. I put the stock intake back on and you can't hear it. I remember hearing the exact same noise the last time I had my dejon Sri on right after I got gms1. Could this be a sign that my bpv is weak. It was coming out of the intake for sure.

Then there's no point in putting other parts on the car that could void the warranty. Parts that you switch out to try to keep yourself safe. These cars are very sensitive and they aren't just bolt and go Hondas.

the only bolt ons I have is my ZZP 3" Catless DP and my Injen CP so far with no issues, and the wires have been solder already for the last 2 weeks with 0 issues. I got the AEM revised version arriving tomorrow with the hydroshield from Injen, so we shall see how it performs. I thought about K&N, but I'm not going through that again when my car wanted to die on me after cleaning my MAF sensor with CRC.

Car is at the dealer for a few days anyhow. They are gonna try a few things and if it doesn't work, they are gonna uninstall the stage 1 kit and put the stok sensors and flash in to see what happens then go from there.
Read this
Car wouldn't boost past 5lbs. problem would come and go, all stock GM stage 1 kit. Autozone read code said it was the turbo valve was stuck open. Took it to dealer they replaced the vacuum tank. Car ran fine boost to 23lbs. Took it to Snyapse Turbo to have turbo upgrade and tune. Car did same thing again, 2 times in 800 miles. Turn car off, start it back up and it's cleared. Took to Chevy and they want to charge me for troubleshooting problem because of upgrades
I will change the vacuum solenoid and see how that goes. Don't think it's K&N filter as I had one before stage 1 upgrade and had no problems. Don't think it's a leak in piping either. Will let everone know how I make out.
