Unhappy HELP : possible boost or vac leak?

So, I have been having a bad idle for a while now. It idles @ 800rpms and never moves, but the boost gauge is fluttery at idle, but only every like 3-5 seconds. I completely removed all intercooler piping with no holes or cracks and very tight, and my vacuum tank is bypassed, so there should not be any vacuum issues due to me checking all of the lines as well.

What else would make my boost gauge do that?
It does boost to 25psi, but I don't fully boost right now because I am afraid of over-boosting and killing the turbo, which I am afraid is the issue right now.

MODS: Full ZZP bolt-on (intercooler, pipes, catted down pipe), Forge BPV, K&N intake, muffler delete, HP tuners tune by TERMINATOR2 on 93 gas. 16.5* of timing, 24psi

Other issues that are noticeable, poor gas mileage and loss of low end power.

I have replaced my HPFP and purge solenoid recently as well, and my cam solenoids.

All info is appreciated

When you get into full boost does it hesitate at all to get back into it? Did you test for any leaks on the intake manifold?

haven't done a leak test because I do not have a compressor to do so.
I haven't really noticed it being hesitant while getting back into boost, but it is jittery when decelerating...

Only reason why I said check the connectors is cause I was having a leak and I couldn't find it at all. Finally did a leak test and this little bugger was my cause. Did a test on my buddy's SS/TC and he was actually having a leak there too but barely noticed it.

Here was our verdicts. Don't know why either...

Well, it was really loose, so I tightened it, and then wrapped it with DEI fix tape, just like I did with all of the joints of the intercooler piping as well and checked the whole hose for damage and none was visible or to the touch.....

STILL IDLES BAD!!!!!

isn't there like a boost control module or something like that, maybe its bad???
i'm thinking its turbo related at this point, unless im having a leak in the head of the motor...

Will bad fuel trims cause these problems?

I feel like I'm having similar issues to you.
Low end torque is bad sometimes and boost doesn't come
On smoothly it kinda legs at 15 psi before continueing up to 21.

Driveability can be poor. No codes as of now.

I had an issue today on the way home, I got onto it and boosted up to about 25-26psi and then it bogged down and wouldn't boost above 5psi. It never threw a code or anything so after I drove a few miles I cut it off and started it back up and it had boost again but my vacuum is now about 21-21Hg at idle. I don't remember having that much vacuum at idle. Any thoughts on this?
