Who makes one for a good prive? Im interested in one.

 

Hptuners has a scanner for $350, add another $150 and you can tune.

 

Are you only wanting to scan your Cobalt or many different cars?

 

Just the balt, but if needed, i wouldnt mind one for the other cars.

 

I just bought HP Tuners and haven't used it yet, but seems to be one of the best for GM vehicles and they are working on the Dodge V8s. It's a credit based system. You buy the software with credits for certain vehicle types. Unlock cars with those and buy more credits as needed. Just google it, check out their website, and read their forums.
