May have solved 100% E85 on LNF puzzle
I hope I dont have too many problems with mine. I only got a K&N intake and a catless downpipe. If I only had a way to log my runs and post them up for you all to see. I can datalog using the EZ Flash cable but I don't have the software to read them.

same here if ya find out how we can read out logs let me know
And I think this works with the tactrix for datalogging

We know IAB's car isn't holding up FRP (fuel rail pressure). He's at 2200psi (commanded), drops to 900 psi when he starts his 60-100 pull, and then it gradually recovers. The IDC (injector duty cycle) goes too long causing injector window misfire in the mid range, but then the HPFP is able to catch up, and by 5200-5500RPM he's back up to commanded rail pressure.
DrewBroo hasn't had any problems at all
Another 09 car I sent an E85 tune to ran into P0087 issues, but I had forgotten to adjust his PE ratio - after adjusting it, his car was fine.
Another 09 car showed minor fuel issue in the mid range, but not as bad as IABs.
My car, at .88 lambda and stock FRP hasn't showed any problem at all, but I start my pulls at 4000 RPM because of my clutch. Lol
I have at least two more people to send E85 tunes to over the next day, it will be interesting to see their results, and I have a few more to look at that have already tested - there were no reports of issues so I'm assuming they haven't had trouble.
It may come down to "individual car personality" on this stuff. Some may have more robust fuel systems than others.
The one thing that seems to cause the FRP drop is sudden boost hits. Finding a decent way to ramp in boost might help with this.
I've seen logs from four cars running 100% E85 so far (and have a few more to look at). The results are interesting, and somewhat mixed.

hmm interesting. I notice that IAB's is the only 08. If the rest of these 09's don't run into problems, maybe it's something to look into. We'll just have to wait and see the results

I just wanted to post that I did try lowering the midrange DAL's (same), ramping the MALT & DAL's slower ala BYT (worse), having Vince raise the HPFP pressure (worse) and easing into the pull (same)but noticed that the 09's aren't having as many issues. Too many tables to compare that HPT hasn't given us until a few more days pass, but I was wondering if the '08 & '09 GMPP base files control the HPFP differently. All I've been able to find a difference between '08 & '09 in HPT are the tune file cal #'s.
Waiting to see BYT's '09 results.
P.S. An untuned fuel trim pull on 60% ethanol 10 miles after a fill last night was fine at 30 % IDC and 4.5 sec 60 - 100. Fueling is def my issue. The 30% IDC was a straight line from when the boost hit until redline.

I have the file (thanks Vince), Im going to load it this morning and try it at lunch. We were hit with ANOTHER snow storm and another 10+ inches of snow
I have the NT's on the car still, 5th gear is laughing at the ground lol.. Hopefully this afternoon I can get a couple pulls in, I have the Palmer ScanXL Pro on this laptop so I can log a few things HPT can't :p
The 09 that threw the P0087 was mine, with the update though I haven't had any issues so far and I've been doing a lot of pulls. My car has all the bolt ons except for the lower CP and intercooler.
