Meth is up and running!
Over the last week I installed an AIS Stage 1 kit using my WWF tank and a Devil's Own tank tap. 5 GPM nozzle installed in the ZZP lower CP at the MAF relocate block off plate.
New 3 gal trunk mount tank is for sale in the Classifieds if any one is interested.
From what I have read locating the nozzle too far back causes evap too early and doesn't leave as much cyl cooling, the main reason that I installed it.
Boost is currently set to activate at 10 psi mani pressure. 'ON' LED is installed in the cowl. Pump, tap, & pressure sw are located down in the bumper behind the drivers side foglight.
Here's a few pics I took before the pressure switch arrived today. (Pressure sw not shown but it is mounted down by the pump)
Using 30% meth WWF for now. Fuel trims adjusted about -7% in a quick run. More dialing it in Monday. 25 psi boost.

Bolted to the fender liner with rubber bushings & resting on a piece of closed cell foam underneath it for padding. Intake line to the pump runs around under the WWF tank to a straight fitting you can't see. Vertical tubing after the 90* fitting is the outlet. Power tapped out of the underhood FB and all wiring runs in automotive style looming.

Parts all are very nice quality in the kit. When I called Rodney about the missing boost switch in the kit, he sent one out the same day Priority Mail. Excellent service!

Just a starting point, AIS recommends 65% of total boost so 16 # would be right I guess. It's rare I get into 10# of boost unless I nail it anyway. Usually 5# or so is enough to roll around someone in traffic. If I seem to be using too much, I'll raise it up some.

Got into it a bit this morning, 10# feels about right for the activation point, couldn't get a good log though. Maybe tonight.
I'm still waiting for a brass tee for the vacuum line, I don't trust the old nylon one I had laying around too much long term.
