SN: If I got the gms1 tune, would I run into any problems with my current set up?

The 0420 has no effect on how your car runs it's just letting you know that the 02 sensor is seeing too much flow. You won't harm your car any by having those two things with only gms1 but your not taking advantage of the power you could have by tuning for it. Also your car will run smoother and your engine will be happier.
