Optimal Operating Temp?
Optimal Operating Temp?
I had read this and that about not letting the LNF heat up enough before driving etc etc, but i was wondering what the best range of degrees on the Coolent Temp is the best area
Yeah take what these guys are saying to heart! Don't be the other guy that thinks its cool to just jump in da ride and take off when the eng is cold. He be the one saying man it's just a car wtf just go. There the ones in some cases the outside of the car looks good and under the hood looks like ****. Lol
FYI engines warm up faster under normal operating conditions than just sitting idle. So just get oil pressure (~ 10-15 seconds) then drive easy until operating temps are reached. You guys are just wasting gas (a lot of gas, 30 seconds idling uses more fuel than a start-up cycle) and time letting your cars engine idle until 150 is reached...
well i was wondering cause when i get off work in the morning i generally am waiting anyways cause we all bullshit in the parking lot for a little bit so its normally around the 130-150 range and i dont get into it hard until i hit the highway....
