Stutter while cruising at part throttle
Like the title suggest, sometimes my car will stutter while just cruising at part throttle, mostly around the 30-50mph range. I have done some research and could this be my Evap Purge Solenoid?
The stutter is only very minor, but noticeable enough to feel. I WOULDN'T call it bucking. I used to have the K&N SRI, but now just Drop-in. Was thinking about maybe cleaning the MAF with some CRC MAF cleaner also.
Please give me your input. Thanks Much.
**edit, only had one CEL 6mo ago, random misfire and NONE since, always make sure my gas cap is on correctly as well.
ALSO, and pretty random could this also be the reason why its such a pain in the A** to fill up the gas tank sometimes, the nozzle is always getting tripped and I have a hard time filling it up. Car is at a half tank and it trips the nozzle right away. I know there is the rear "vent" solenoid but idk if that would affect filling?

Idk but i think i felt it at one point but you could just be going to low of rpms and the gear you are in?
do you check what all numbers are when it happens, ie: gear: rpm: speed:

I remember on my old 04 GTO, the filling up thing where it would trigger the auto-shutoff a the nozzel was caused by the vent solenoid gone bad (like the ones in the rear of our SS's).
I know these car throw a code for that if it has gone bad, but maybe it hasn't reached the number of key cycles or parameters for this? Does it also start hard after a fill-up?
Double check your plugs and clean your MAF. Reset the codes and see if the problem comes back. If so, check the rear vent solenoid to make sure it's working within specs.

Mine has had the same issue for quite some time. It showed up shortly after I put my Dejon SRI on. Perhaps I dirtied the MAF taking it on and off?...It doesn't bug me enough to check but perhaps I'll do some testing this week with some MAF cleaner.
