Treadstone stage 4 install!

(UPDATE on page 2)
I'm getting the Treadstone kit install atm and ran unto this while removing the oem manifold and has me a little worried!!

Any ideas and is that something I should be worried about?

Thanks

O yea the Treadstone manifold is a beauty and it fits nicely.

ya looks like it was a loose spot in the manifold or a bad gasket...Removing the stock turbo is pretty easy if you have the right tools i had to remove the support brace like im sure everything else did to drop the turbo and o2 housing since we couldnt reach a bolt

The manifold was either backing off or cracked. Either way, new gasket and new manifold will solve the problem. Just clean it up nicely before it goes back on obviously.

Can't really say out of experience cause I'm not the one that's actually installing the Kit. Its the guys at Racelabs in Miami. But it's not a hard job......just make sure you drain the coolant.....hehe

It was always breaking something, but it was making 700ish whp on a piston/rod KA24. Went through trannys and diffs and all kinds of **** on a regular basis, but when it worked it was fast as ****. And honestly a pretty low-budget build for the power and speed.

They actually sold that 240 to some guy there and he was daily driving it around town with 600 something whp without tuning, they told him but he dint care that's how the motor blew....So now its back in their hands getting everything done from scratch.

I'm getting pissed. All these people installing turbo kits and mine has been sitting in the garage for 2.5 weeks due not having a big enough garage....also no reputable shops I'd trust to put my turbo on around here...
