I re-did all the hoses and think I have everything correct now. Yet still the same exact problem.

The Pid for turbo needs a reference boost not reference from the.Pid for Bpv. So the line on turbo needs to go straight to boost Pid..

You should have a nipple on the turbo which would have been used to control the wastegate anyhow... If you dont, that leads you to one.source ..... Intake mani unless u have a nipple on the.charge pipes

Ok everything is squared up with the Pdi bpv..

Now about the Pdi turbo, there are no other nipples on the turbo, or manifold, and the only nipple on the hot pipes is connected to the intake manifold.

The boost solenoid was connected in a way to allow the use of the upper and lower port of the wastegate. The way it is now, could cause boost to drop in the higher rpm range where back pressure is greater. The real issue seams to be the 25 psi springs in the wastegate, not sure why such a higher wastegate pressure was chosen but it would of been fine with a 15 psi spring and then use the ECM to turn it up to whatever pressure he desires.

How it was setup was.compketly wrong ...just saying not here.to argue... I've done it many many times. The issue isn't the spring.

I beleive its a treadstone thing, and also controlling it with just a manual boost controller gives drivability issues.

Lmfao apparently you dont know lol. The lnfs are not like any other car now is it.... It's Tq based, so if you put commanded dals and mals in and then your not using the Pid controller what do you think happens. It's not like a lsj , yeah itll work but it will have drivability issues if not run through the pid controller.

Running the manual boost controller inline with the Pid works a lot better .
