Trifecta Performance

Am I allowed to talk about them on this forum? If not than delete this thread, but if so I'm gonna tell my story.

Anyways, I just emailed Vince at Trifecta Performance asking about my tuner, basically because I ordered it last Friday, they gave me a 2 day period to process the order and I paid $55 extra to get it shipped in 2 days. So not even 5 minutes later Vince called me about the issue and said he would look into it immediately and email me back what he finds out and would even ship it to me himself.

yea i'm confused? so you'll get it in 4-5 days? that $55 seems a little high. over night isn't but like 20...
have to process it b/f they can ship. like custom orders. my 500 dollar sunglasses took like 2 weeks to make and i paid 20 dollers for over night... *course i didn't know it took two weeks but. they still bad ass. worth the wait. and the headaches. cuz my previous shades ($250) got stolen by sum bitches at a dam water park.

Travis' Order

Hey all! I just wanted to let you know that the delay for Travis' order was totally my fault and had nothing to do with Trifecta. I was a day late submitting his order to Vince. I was swamped and lost track of time. When I realized my mistake I notified Trifecta but I think Travis might have talked to them first. Either way I wanted to clarify Trifecta's great customer service and immediate response to me and Travis.

And if you guys have ordered from us or do so in the future and there is a delay or you are wondering about the status of your order please let me know. Feel free to call, email or PM and if I don't reply immediately it's either because I don't have an update yet or I'm swamped and haven't got it yet. But...I will do my best to take care of you guys asap. I want and try to be easily accessable to you all. We value you guys not just as customers but also as industry influencers. All your feedback is invaluable to us and you are so much fun to work with.

If there is anything I can do for you please let me know. So I hope you all have a great Valentine's day and a spectacular weekend.

Well there has been nothing but great responses, and me being the person that has had it on there car the longest i love it and i have had zero issues

I am extremely happy with the Customer Service of both CIA and Trifecta. I just got confused of what the deal was with my order since I did pay the extra $ for the 2 day shipping.

it takes a big person to admitt to a mistake and i respect that greatly......in my case i had wonderful customer service and thought it was great when you called and i picked up and you were cracking up about my ghost busters ring back tone but anyways i had a great experience with you guys and hope to be ordering from you in the future

We have tunes for all the Cobalts/Delta bodies now I believe and they are customizable. In fact, they are sold as custom tune and they can be as agressive as you want and/or as aggressive as your car will allow.
