because this is a public forum, so if the OP gave the link to vararam to see what people were saying which is what I've done for CP-e. They CAN read the forum with out a username.... word spreads, specially with technology and the internet. Google "vararam cobalt" and this thread comes up. Its too easy to find this sort of info. I dont see how they wouldnt know...

UPDATE: this is the 21st century. This is the age of now. If Vararam IS working on an intake for us than why not in 3 months post a picture, a flow chart, display a prototype? anything other than "they said" this or that, how about something REAL. Thats what all my bitching/**** talking is about. im done arguing on this thread. i don't desire getting it locked out or getting myself and other members in trouble. PM me if you really wanna keep going.
I'm not trying to start ****. I'm saying keep a open mind and don't bash it before its even announced or released. Yes it sucks not getting constant updates, but thats how the world works. I pm'd term2 to see if anything is new. Until it is openly denied by vararam that production of the lnf intake is stopped. Why make up rumors or even say it wont be.

Vararam is a very reputable company with excellent products. Just ask the Corvette community.

If you paid attention to this thread since the beginning, you would know I am the contact to Vararam. I started this whole process from the ground up and am in direct contact with the engineering heading up the Cobalt project for Vararam. If you don't believe me ask Term. So if you haven't picked that up from my hostility, now you know. So to answer your question if they are infact making an intake for the LNF Cobalt..... They sure are. Now stop running your mouth when you have no idea who you are talking to. Learn a little respect. We should be so lucky the manufacturer doesn't see your's and others negative comments towards this subject cause like in the past, other manufacturers pulled out cause the babies wouldn't stop crying!

no more cobalts being produced.... no more interest for making the intake..... only makes sense. Looks like some people NEED (operative wood) to apoligize.

sounds like we were lead on this the whole time.. well I guess you can fold this forum to a close and call it quits about waiting for this intake. Thank God K&N and AEM were the one's to do wonders for the LNF with fuel trim improvements. the question is how long will that continue on production and others doing mods?

having just a rep doesnt mean they know what the engineers are doing...they are salesman and pretty much only know what parts are out... god you ******* cry like 5 yr olds. stop posting in this thread as you have already stated you arent interested.

its a small company. If it was K&N than i would understand a salesperson not knowing every product out and/or in devolopment, however thats not the case. Making intakes for a few select vehicles pretty much should make it easy for a representative to know whats going on. Please tell me there is a come back to this. Im applying logic, not bitching

Both points make sense. It'll be interesting to see what comes of it.

Why would I need to apoligize when Im the one getting grief from those who have the inability to keep negative comments to themselves. Apparently you are one of that crowd. Funny how people tend to form opinions about people who are trying to help the cobalt community.

As for the comments about bailing on the project, call Patrick @ Vararam yourself and ask for an update. He will talk your ear off about it. Call the number on the website and ask for him by name. Thats how I got the whole thing started in the first place. And if you don't believe me, ask Term. I contacted him personally about it once I got word they would build the intake.

1rare4door. You are wrong about anything being a negative comment. You failed to provide any evidence that any work was actually happening therefore our comments were merely the truth and nothing more or less. You in youself have failed too until you realize that. Great you "helped" the community by saying a few words, getting butt hurt in the process, and than absolutely failing to give us anything to work with other than words that you probably never heard. Im sorry that you believe everything you read and hear without getting any hard proof. You should probably make up a thread about you contacting K&N and that they will make us an exhaust system... and if you didn't know, this is the part where im right and you're wrong and you apologize. \thread
