ehh, i already ordered a K&N...

vararam took like 3 1/2yrs to release one for the GTOs but only like 3 months for the G8's lol

ZOMFG I need an intake nowwwww or I won't be able to make 769 whp!!!! Seriously, just be patient people. If someone is taking the time to do actual R&D, the prototyping and development on a product then hopefully it will be worth the wait. That stuff doesn't happen overnight.

Settled on a K&N since it seemed promising. I'm still interested in the Vararam long term though.

Same here. Picked up the HAHN but I am really interested in this intake. Ill probably buy it if it comes out but only after someone has tested it

was notified that K&N and everywhere i've tried going thru is out of stock so im waiting for the vararam now... looks like GMS1 is going on the car instead

well any mod would be worthless on a stock tune...so you are better off with a gmstage 1 first :P

$300 for a noise is a lot, get stage 1, then the intake and you'll actually gain some power with the noise :P

it sure is... i decided against the tune for right now as well and ordered my HID's and led crap... i need to learn the car with the power it has now before i go and add more...

wrong answer, gm stage 1 is the correct one :P the gm stage 1 isnt much more, but does put a smile on your face.. stock power level seems so slow..

6 months on GM stage 1 feels slow. still makes my gf pee her pants when I stomp it though.

Neoprene seat covers are good for that problem. It just puddles up and you can sip it with a straw.
