Weird throttle issue

recently i put a bigger turbo on my car (5558) and am having a weird throttle issue,

if i roll into the throttle my boost will only hit around 13-15 psi and the turbo will surge, i have to let off and snap the throttle open quicker for it to hit full boost,

not sure if this is a tuning thing or a mechanical issue, its almost like the throttle blade cant open up fully when the boost is starting to come on

here is a log of the issue, you can see pedal position and throttle position arent the same. (tune is still work in progress thats why it looks messy.)

Possibly spark blowout? Have you checked plugs and what are they gapped at?

Spark blow out is the worse, had it while first tuning and its not something you want to experience while driving the car

its not spark blowout, even if it was spark blowout the throttle plate should be opening fully, its fine once i let off and get back on it, i cant see spark blowing out at 14psi then not blowing out at 23...

Have you checked TP% sweeping with KOEO? I had to replace the app sensor on my wife's old cobalt because of surging at cruising

Did you manually move the throttle plate for any reason during the install? Not sure why you would

nah i never touched the throttle body, with the ignition on engine off i watch pedal position vs throttle plate and its dead on,

kind of an annoying issue when you go to do a roll and the car is slower than stock , lol

i sent the log to my tuner and ill see what he says, ive never had this problem on my stock turbo, which is why im wondering if its just due to a early tune.
