Whistle During Boost! NEED HELP! Part2

Ok u guys are probably wondering how i have been doing with finding this problem.


Im still stuck... So i recored the sound with my digi cam.

Yes. i have normal boost pressure. 14-16 psi. and i have Hahn DP/Exhaust.

Tell me thats not normal right?

i'm still stock, but i brokeand replaced my intercooler... it dosent sound normal, if it did that as soon as you changed your DP i would say check the turbo ect ect, but i figure you did that already.... but where i would look, just from hearing, is the intercooler... there built kinda cheap, with plastic ends, and has a brace thing across the bottom.... that is actually about 1/2 an inch loweer than the bumper... take a good look around there, if u gave it any bumps onto a steep driveway, or bumped a curb... or went into tire ruts in a driveway and scrape the center(like me) it breaks away pretty easy.... LOOK CLOSE though because your still boosting, so its not broke, it would just be a crack

lol my friend DSM had a crack in his intercooler and it whistled too lol.but ya u have a boost leak my beat would be in the intercooler. some how u can do a air test on ur piping but i have no clue.....take it in if u are still under warranty

I did take it in. They blamed everything on the aftermarket exhaust

well if u can remove it put it back to stock (if u still have it) if not take it to another shop.
