The bnr can support somewhere around 430-440whp on Ethanol. The 256 ET can support 550+.

It's a hundred dollar difference. That's the main reason I got it. A hundred bucks more for a turbo that can withstand over 500whp no problem. I'm loving this turbo. Daily driving has been great.

You'd probably want .55 a/r exhaust size since its best for spool up. Any bigger exhaust a/r size means a slower spool up but better exhaust flow so therefore better peaks numbers but whats peak numbers when you can't even use that power due to having to rev the engine higher to spool the compressor up to the same speed as you would with the smaller exhaust size.

Does zzp let you choose your a/r size?

It comes with .55 a/r and I'm sure you could email a customer service rep and have them change your exhaust a/r as they don't make it readily available because it would be more realistic to get an S259-S262.

After I ordered my kit I saw that the s259 also comes in the .55AR variety. I was pissed at myself lol.

Why would you buy a s259 if your goal is 400whp?

Actually my goal is 400 for street, and to have 600 for track on full e85

The less boost it takes to get to 600 the better.

u can see lag isn't that bad considering the size of the turbo. full boost by 4k.

Very true. The less boost, the better. You are going have to invest in a lot of tires???

Yeah, just need to make sure its a v-band outlet on the turbo. Or just get a 5 bolt to v-band adapter.

I think the ZZP S256 may just be the aftermarket turbo of choice? It's gaining popularity. We should start a list of who has what aftermarket turbos?
