We installed Ryan's with the motor in the car to save him money. It only took a few hours, or at least less than a day.

lol, I wish I was working on the EFR. That would mean that the castings are complete. Hopefully soon. I know there has been a lot of work done on them so far.

Damn it man. The suspense is killing me. lol
What are you guys thinking of coming out with?
I'm shopping now, but I'd hold off to see what you guys come out with,
instead of buying something from someone else.
I'd rather invest with a company that is interested in making more parts for us,
rather then one that isn't.

A better fitting intercooler?
A BPV?
Those would be my top two.

If you came out with those I'd buy them write now, along with your charge piping.

The hanging low is what I meant.
My lip already hits around these parts. Not great roads at all, and I'm not lowered.
I'd rather it not hang below.

Well if you want a IC that doesn't hang low then there's other options out there besides ZZP

I know, but I'd rather invest in ZZP because they supply a lot to the cobalt ss community,
but that's why I've kind of been looking around to others for an intercooler, but if ZZP had a new one in the works, I'd hold off on buying one to see if they came out with one that didn't hang as low.

I like what ZZP does for us, and feel better about giving them my money, since I know it goes into development of new stuff for us.

At the same time though I need something that works for me, and with the front lip already hitting trying to get in and out of places around here and the roads being bad as they are I'd feel much better with something that fit up in there better.

We will not revise our only LNF IC to be smaller. However, that doesn't mean we won't offer a separate model, also.

Knowing how to drive has nothing to do with 6" of clearance :P There are spots on the city streets here where there are kinda ruts on the road that are that high... seriously. Fortunately, the one by my place was recently cut off by the city.. after it being there for a good 6 months lol.. Don't bash on ppl just cuz you live in a place with perfect roads.. just saying.. everybody's circumstances are different, just like there are blacks, browns, yellows, reds, and whites in the world. Everybody and everything is different in different places... as are driving habits for that matter. Not trying to be an ass, just trying to widen your horizons is all.
/end rant

thought this thread was going to be about making it RWD or taking the engine out and putting it in an Ariel Atom or something.

So I should wait then me thinks.

At least I hope... Cuz I'm gonna wait now.

Hoping there will be a new separate model, that is a hair less tall that holds any pressure you through at it.

Also if you happen to make steal charge pipes I wouldn't complain, or what psi do you rate your charge pipes for?

I thought ZZP would replace any IC that was damaged due to hitting the ground in normal driving condition.

I think zoomer stated that somewhere. It was only for bottoming out scenarios. If u pull up to a curb and catch the I/C that's on you

Well after listening to my friends ordering nightmare from ZZP and others, I'm going another route. I understand ZZP will be busy, but I just find the updates to vague. Thanks for your contribution to the LNf community but Supply and Demand, Customer service and shipping is killing you guys and potential customers. Wish you the best of luck, I guess.

I'm not familiar with who or what you are talking about, so I can't comment on it. If someone feels they got short-changed, you can send me an email about it, and I will see what I can do to help out.

You don't have to wish us luck, we are already the top seller in Cobalt parts, and we will continue to grow.
