Even the talks i have had with the guys at Full Race are kind of throwing their hands up about the time they plan on getting EFRs in.

I was told that the guy who bought the prototype has been sitting on it. Not sure why. At least one person offered to buy it from him but he refused to sell. Wish he would chime in with plans/status. It would be neat to see what is happening with the first one while waiting for others to become available.

 

Why is he just sitting on it?

 

I may step the up to this once its available. I have the bnr to have fun in the meantime.

 

It seems that there's a lot of this kind of crap going on... Sometimes people just do things for the betterment of themselves and not the car's community.

 

Pretty stupid to spend $3k and not even use it. There is a guy on here with a 6758 and i offered him more than they cost new and he wouldnt sell it, but also isnt doing **** with it. Oh well.

 

Yeap, they get it just to say they have it (Attention *****?). Not like if we were to get one to make our car faster cause of our need for powaaa!

 

Yea I'm one of those people that have the efr and been offered some decent money to sell it but I'm not ready to.. zzp tld me that by the end of this month they should have more details on the casting which is al I need to bolt this efr on so I'm holding it for that reason.... but man I have thought about selin it but I wanna see wat my car can do with the turbo.. but hey if anyone makes the right offer ill let it g but for now its mine lol

This I can understand as you are waiting for the parts to be released to use it on your car. It's not like you have a working kit that you're just not doing anything with....

you know I was thinking about this just a couple minutes ago on my way back home...

I was thinking to myself;
"I wonder if this bolt on EFR is ever going to happen... sure would be cool."

I'm quite patient... probably more than most.

 

Matt replied to me a few days ago. Stated that he has been beating the **** out of the EFR and make sure all final castings and everything is worthy for public. He stated he should probably have some kits shipped within a few weeks. I hope so, I better be one of them!!!!

 

Like i have been saying. Since i decided to buy a different turbo kit the EFR/ZFR(as its now called) is being released.

Yeah just hoping the kit hits the mail before the event coming up. I should have the car up and running within a few hours of receipt from UPS.

I am still excited for the ZFR as I think it will mean a lot more BT cobalts out there. I know most cobalt owners dont have a lot of money but the ZFR should be well within range of most and then you are looking at the platform getting a lot more respect.

I'm wondering if the Kappa platform will be interested in the ZFR if it retains the same downpipe location as current, should allow them to bolt up as well.

 

Im sure the kappas will want in.

 

My wife may be getting a job that pays $500 plus commission a week.

She's been jobless all last year so if we get the job I am 100% buying the ZFR
