If you are talking about their Charge Piping which I think you are, I would go with CIA or Injen.
The charge piping that takes the "over the motor" route will yield around 5 more WHP than those that go around the motor (Dejon ZZPerformance)
If I was going to get the ZZP one I would just go with the Dejon one for the sheer fact that they have an option to weld in a blowoff valve flange, Not only does ZZP not offer that but their design won't make maximum power and to top it off its priced very close to Injen/Dejon.
I like ZZP a lot but this is one of their products I wouldn't buy.

I would buy injen over CIA.
They both are the exact same design, Injen is substantially cheaper. You won't notice ANY difference in the CIA one and Injen other than looks and the fact that the CIA is substantially more expensive.
Its kind of hard to make one hotpipe WAY better than the other.
The most important part is the design, as long as they are designed the same they will perform Identical, At this point its which one is cheaper so you can have left over money for your next set of mods.

Former Vendor
ZZPs charge tube is 14 ga. aluminum and bead rolled. It will not crush like Injens thinner aluminum.
We include T-bolt clamps.
There is not a 5hp power gain from running diagonally across the motor. We have dyno tested several designs and never found a reason to cut across diagonally. Furthermore, the ability to run more boost with the ZZP charge tube allows you to make more power without blowing off the tube or getting a leak from crushing the tube by tightening down a T-bolt clamp.
We can weld in a BOV flange. ZZP is by far the best company to work with if you have special requests for your Cobalt parts.

b4 ZZP said that i was gonna say how i had the dejon CP and now injen's and i dont think there is any difference in horsepower over the 2 designs. charged air moves through it so its always pressurized therefore, IMO it gives you the same amount of power if the same amount of pressure is running through the pipe. if theres any difference theres a maybe slight difference in how long the air takes to get from the turbo to intercooler, which would mean to me that it reduces turbo lag by .0001 percent
