ZZP ECU Tune Dyno'd

I got dyno'd today to see exactly what the ZZP ECU tune did for me and it's not to shabby. Take a look...

I did a total of 3 pulls and this is my best, all results were the same pretty much. I'll post the other 2 here in a bit. I don't think you guys would be interested in all pull documents. ****Edit**** Here's the link to my other pulls Clicky

If it's hard to see, 262WHP 371WTQ

i put down 285/365 with ZZp's tune with a 3" pownpipe. vahdyx isnt really spiking, i have a 28# spike then its levels out to 22#'s. probably why my clutch is slipping lulz.

You only have a tune and you're putting down 371ft lbs of torque?

Why is the HP so low compared to the torque?

I will admit right off the bat, I'm not into knowing everyone's dyno numbers with what mods, etc., but that seems like an unbelievable jump in power from just a tune.

I can't tell you why my tq was so high, but we ran it three times and all results were the same. Even my friends couldn't believe it until they saw the sheet. My friends that were there with me couldn't believe it either and asked if something was wrong with the dyno.

The HP isn't high because the torque drops way off up top. The torque drops off up top because the boost drops way off. So the question then is: Why does the boost drop way off? 16-17psi??

From what ZZP told me is it's to protect the engine at higher RPMs

Hmmm...... wonder if the dyno was set up correctly . That seems like a pretty big difference between HP and TQ.

Just noticed how quick the boost drops off ... that doesn't seem right . Losing 6psi between 3 to 5K rpm seems extreme.

Are you guys suggesting not only was my tune set up incorrectly (or boost leak) that the dyno is as well?

Can't see how your clutch would hold together at 370wtq and 3k rpm.

Well just speaking from experience .... I don't lose 6psi from 3000 rpm to 5000rpm on a pull .... so unless im reading that boost graph wrong thats exactly what the op's car is doing . I spike 22-23 psi and hold 20 well past 5k rpm

My boost may drop but if you look my hp stays the same throughout the gear. That's has to account for something

My 24lb spike hold 21lb trifecta tune put out 289whp 320wtq with only Dejon piping and SRI.

I've seen results where there is a much higher tq number than HP and usually the tune needs further dialing in to make the power useful where you need it.
