1 thing we noticed when we did my intercooler it seemed like they were to short and didn't line up properly but suprisingly just by switching the brackets the holes were allot closer it was a tight squeeze getting the bumper back on but the brackets lined up.

This. The flat section that looks like they cut a section off goes on the bottom. That's the "increased clearance" section of the intercooler. With the way you have it now it will hang like the full sized intercooler.

The intercooler should be tight against the bumper support.

I'm wondering if that isn't why mine was so tight... I don't feel stupid if it was though because it has the zzp logo painted in it therefore not my fault if it is lol.

I I stalled mine they way they had the ZZP logo was right side up. And you're right, it's the same clearance almost as the jumper. Maybe they painted the ZZP logo upside down? I just hooked it right up logo right side up and installed it like that

I also had to "egg" out the bolt holes on the bracket the went from the bracket to the intercooler. The intercooler itself is flush up against the bottom of the bumper. I had all the bolts just slightly in all the holes just finger tight. I only had to Drexel out about 1/8" or less. Not a big deal. I just chalk it up to not every car is made 100% identical or in perfect tolerances. I just used a little bit of water on my fingertip to get the charge pipes on. It looks so much nicer and beefier then the cheap plastic stocker. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I already have the zzp upper intercooler piping but ordered the extra couplers because i thought i needed them well you dont...

secondly i had to dremel out the holes on the bracket for the intercooler to fit correctly

btw if you have a john powell tow hook mounted in the middle of your front bumper it will work but god damn its a tight fit

thirdly they give you a lil piece of silicone tube but if you have the stock cold aka lower pipe you wont need it apparently but damn its a bitch to get the lower stock cold pipe onto the intercooler

pictures will come later still uploading them...

anybody else with any of these same problems or am i the only one???
Or if u have a tow hook you can cut some material off the back of the hook and aluminum spacer
