ZZP LNF IC is Getting Closer!
The bumper cover went right on. The only place it hit was at the pointed lowest corner on the bracket, which will be rounded off on the production brackets anyway.
The cores are custom built for us to our specs, so ZZP brand.
The core is rated at 680 HP. However, I think that putting a generic HP rating on an intercooler core doesn't make a lot of sense. This core would easily support 1000 HP if you were talking about running 6 psi on a big block. However, I wouldn't use it on a 50psi 2 liter going after 1000 HP with 500 degree temps at the turbo outlet.
Edit- I thought it was 650, but I rechecked and it's 680 since we made it thicker than originally spec'd.
