We got it to put out 449whp and 360ish wtq on 27psi, but i backed it off a pound/a pound and a half to 26 where we are making 439whp and 360wtq, 94 octane pump gas.

I have a few videos and a couple dyno graphs.

Matt M - if you see this can you post some ideas for me on how to get the torque ramped up. Or is it the manual boost controller issue.

Term 2 - thanks for the offer - i will talk to my tuner.

Send me the tune and a log and I can help you get it to come in sooner. Make sure you have boost control duty cycle in the log.

It could be the WG DC ramp needs to be adjusted or the prop gain needs to be adjusted for the larger turbo. I would need a log and your file to see if it needs tweaking.

We need a manual boost controller. On my ecu at least the car freaks out at boost levels above 24. Boost is inconsistant from pull to pull.

Can anyone recommend a manual boost controller for me? i would like one that is both a boost guage and a boost controller and something that is good to 30psi....anyone have a suggestion?

Question: is your P0106 test disabled in the tune? If not the ECM will freak out at boost levels above 24 psi and the boost will be inconsistant.

The open wastegate mostly sounds like wind noise through the camera if that is what you want to hear.

AEM Truboost works well for me. Takes some time to get the settings right, but mine holds boost well. Internally it can manage up to 30 and if you ever want to upgrade they sell an secondary controller that can handle over 30...
