2.6 Pulley, 60 lb FI, and tuning?

Hey guys. I want to buy a 2.6 inch pulley with the 60 lb Lucas injectors. Here's my question. Do you think I could still use my Maf Translator to tune the car on the stock pcm? Or do I defiantely need a custom tune?

I guess you could always try it but tuning with the MAF-T is in 5% incraments...

Where are you buying the injectors from?

Yeah, that's what sucks. The 5% settings. I'm going to buy them from Intense. I'm thinking about sending my supercharger there to get the snout shaved and ported but I might just shave the snout myself and forget about the porting to save some money to get the new heat exchanger that's coming out.

i wouldnt try it, but thats me... its up to you though. Wideband A/F will help b/c you can just shut down if you see it going lean, but it still can harm if you dont stop fast enough...

and if your already leaning out on a 3" pulley i HIGHLY suggest you dont TRY this...

Def get the custom tune.... I wouldnt trust it to 60 lb and 2.6... I heard from them that it is really only good down to a 2.8 pulley

haven't gotten to doing the pcm stand alone flashes yet... we might try one tomorrow when I'm over there.... but yeah there is pretty much a tune for all setups . thats why I've changed my sig so many times.. tested from 3" down to 2.6 w/ 42.5lber's and 60lbr's
w/intake... and we're gonna try and tune for exhaust tomorrow night if it makes that big a defference in the afr. sorry for the late replay... stuck tracing electrical gremlims last night til 12:30

Itll work pretty good since your basically in the same climate as us... You could always use some fine tuning for each different car... but trust me its a great start... just ask some of the LI guys runnin it.
