Do yourself a favor and lose the 2.2 gmpp exhaust as well. It 2 1/4 design isn't for an LSJ.

yeah in the cold with my punched cat i was boosting 15.9( almost 16 lol) so close but i don tknow if it wasjust the cold or what?

i think thats right. i got 2.8/60 and im hiting 135kpa which = to 19.7ish psi

Having A Similar Problem And Im Trying To Figure It Out Myself I Have No Cat And Full Exhaust All Cooling Mods And Alcohol Injection Im Running About 22 Lbs Of Boost I Also Have A Scan Gauge So It Digital Not The Stock Gauge Im Going Crazy Trying To Figure It Out My Iats Jump From 130 To 160 I Dont Understand Is This Normal ?

Check the Inter cooler pump and make sure its working, There have been people on here that have experienced an over boost condition when the pump has died. That would also explain the IAT2 jump too.

its called backpressure.. u need to free up ur exhaust relive some pressure...i was hitting 20lbs on 2.8 then cut off the the cat and slapped a header on her with a hks muffler now i see 17 lbs and much more power.
