240 whp?

Is there any way to get about 240whp and not have a problem with passing California smog, like everything needs to be legal.

I know I've probably asked you this already, but where in CA are you?

Gm stage2 and a catback /intake should do that . Gm's kits are CARB certified so they should pass NP as long as your Cat converter is in decent shape.

GM Stage 2, GMPP Extrude Honed Exhaust Manifold, GMPP Catback Exhaust, K&N drop in. All of that will keep you smog legal, and you should easily make 240whp. i didnt mention a cold air intake, because i know some parts of cali wont allow them.

i think it was K&N's intake that is CARB certified

Surprised no one has thrown out the "buy an ss/tc" comment yet.

Stage 2 and a friendly dyno will get you there. Not sure how strict they are on bolt-ons, but whatever you can do that's legal will only help.
