Here is an update; I am going to buy your trunk mount system, and use stage 1 rather than stage 2, also spray BEFORE the throttle body. Seems to me your customer service is first rate and your trunk mounted 1.5 gallon system with the pump in it is kick ass...

Since it is installed, I never had any more troubles, no more leak, and the supercharger is as cold as a fridge when using enough meth, but at the moment I'm still waiting to get more cash to get the stage 2 kit / tune to go further, so I refill with water in the meantime

TiCPU,

If you are having any issues with your system still please give us a call directly at 801.447.2559 or email me directly at rodney@alcoholinjectionsystems.com.

Quite honestly all that is needed for a modded cobalt running 16-18 psi or less is the Stage 1 system. Having done comparisons between the Stage 1 and Stage 2. The Stage 1, when jetted and set correctly, made the same peak horsepower as the Stage 2. While the Stage 2 did allow for some added torque and horsepower down low and allowed for further ECU tuning down low that we couldn't with the Stage 1. However, gains were very minimal. With factory boost levels of 12 psi, modded Cobalts running 16-18 psi, working with a Stage 1 system and activating it at 12 psi works nearly as well as a progressive system under full throttle pulls.
