05 stage 2 reflash on a 06 ss/sc cobalt....... any problems?

If hes already used it, that wont work.

 

why not? already had the dealer call tech line and say i lost it, they are workin with me to get it done, now they can tell the dealer they reflashed da car by mistake and need to re-reflash it to stage 2, never mentioning that its a dif car/vin.

now will or wont it work is still the question, as far as my car goes

because his stage code is locked to his vin number. they developed that system for a reason.

 

ok, i give the dealer his vin, they give it to gm, they download the software, they flash my ecu.... done deal....

if it wont work then i need a ecu already flashed, there are no tuners around that i know of

 

his VIN and your VIN are not the same. what dont you understand? GM made that system so people dont get free flashes

 

they will check your vin and see it's not his.

Seriously.. if his code was used with his vin already... you wont be able to have it flashed to your car...
