This.

I've had the Badmab header on my car for close to 8 months now w/o any issues. When I removed my catless downpipe the flange gasket fell apart. I installed my original gasket from my stock downpipe, and everything has been great.

Mine sounds like it leaks when I start it up and when i floor it. I don't know if it's a leak or just a raspy noise though.

Did you try re-torquing it after the first heat cycle?

i find that its hard to get a supercharged 4 banger to not be raspy at WOT.

ha yea i did alot of research to get the best sounding setup i possibly could i lovvvvee my setup ha. but i cannot STAND how it sounds when its warming up. idk if u know wat i mean. like i get outta work and start my car. sounds fine. then i start to drive and the second i hit 2500rpm it gets raspy as **** ha. annoying. but once it warms up its not raspy except on WOT. ha and that doesnt bug me much because im more interested in hearing the supercharger ******* screamin

The Corsa Touring catback produces zero rasp at WOT.

I've been running it on my car for 1.5 years now. Love it!

Also, the GMPP catbacks sound wonderful as well.

everything is brand new so i dont think its warped but im going to order a new gasket from zzp and try it. its blowing out on the bottom of the flange at wot so it might be a backpressure problem with the stock catback

Well, mine doesnt rasp at all (cruising, part throttle, wot). So I don't understand why yours would be any different.

I was catless when I shot this video. I went back to a catted downpipe this year, because I got sick of the smell.

I have a remflex gasket installed at the 2-bolt connection flange for the downpipe & catback. It's a great quality gasket, and it's leak free.

For everyone claiming they have a leak with the Badmab don't put it past the ZZP downpipe as the cause either. I had a ZZP downpipe back in the day, and it had leaky flanges.

I have zzp midlength header/dp and its warped. Is it possible to just cut off the header to dp flange and weld it?
